Many of us struggle with our bodies. There is no shame in admitting that you are not in a good place with it. In a world where we have busy lives, demanding schedules, are surrounded by images of perfection, where beauty is regarded as success, where love is too often skin deep and where we are bombarded with quick fixes. No wonder you are on unstable ground. It does not need to be dramatic for you to feel an unease that is impacting your life. But enough is enough, what you desire is to get to grips with these feelings and embrace all that is you, including your body!

- Healing steps Walking away from judgement and comparison will free up space to embrace reality
- Path to more peace Practical tools and exercises to implement and build up a new perspective on your body.
Packaged in a workbook with theory and 15 exercises, video support and lot’s of soul-searching. And naturally I will be available to support you through this process.

My name is Georgina Haug and as you can see, I am not your average size lady. In fact.. I am fat. And before I was fat I was chubby. I was riddled with insecurity about my body since my teens. It got to a point where I was so disconnected from my physical body that I could no longer feel or see it. It was the loss of my father, my big and strong male role model, that jolted me into the realisation that I was missing out on life. And so began my journey of healing and acceptance. And the work has never ended, I still continue to discover patterns, believes, and new changes to my body that unbalance me. But by now I am a pro. And I love the journey of discovery and empowerment. This has become my calling. For myself and for those I work with. My partner often jokes at how ‘free’ I am with my body. He and I both know that this is a freedom that was conquered and that I still celebrate every day of my life.
So you see, this program is a work of love. Love for my body, love for life, but most importantly my love for you. You are so beautiful in my eyes. And I long for you to see that too. For you to get the same joy from living in your body.
Let me guide you through this journey of discovery. I will take you through the steps that have worked for me and that my research over the last 20 years has enriched. Know that you are not alone in this. I, together with many others, are here to say: you can do this!
Who is this program for
This online program is for all of you that have the desire, the dream, the urge to embrace your body. And it does not mean that you are deeply depressed about it, or that you hate it. You simply know that there is room for improvement, for more acceptance and kindness towards yourself. Your age, sex, location, are all irrelevant. You are ready and willing to put in the time, to take yourself seriously. You understand that I am merely your guide here and that the real work is up to you. With that attitude failure is no longer an option!
So how do I get started?
All you need to do is make a choice. And if you want some extra support, then you could also opt for the ‘plus’ version. That means that you receive extra Skype support by me for a total of 1,5h. We can schedule our chats in blocks, or one nice long session. Whichever option you choose, I will be available by mail for all participants.
